"Great job with both of my children. My oldest attempted Invisalign, but couldn’t maintain it and we switched to classic braces. I thought the transition was handled well. My youngest child had a missing tooth and the other teeth had grown around it. He required more complex care to get the adult tooth in place.Office is very well run and I find everyone pleasant. "We have had four family members use Dr. Caraway over the course of 8 years. In the beginning, customer service was fantastic, we loved the orthodontist, and we were very pleased with the results. However, over the past year, there has been a significant decrease in customer service, and overall experience. They never answer their phone. When they do receive a voicemail from us, they always call us back at 5 PM on Thursday, when they close all day Friday.Today I brought that to their attention and I was pleased with the result. They understood there was an issue with the phones, and they have had a staffing turnover. They took the time to talk to me about the issues that I had, let me know what was going on, and wanted to make it right. I appreciated that response. When you go from always being listened to, to being completely ignored, it doesn’t feel good. From what I can see, they’re going to make it right and that is excellent! I appreciate them accepting the constructive criticism and going the extra mile to make it better. Thank you!"

"My experience so far with Caraway Orthodontics has been very exciting! I have always been happy after having my colors changed on my braces. I always thought that braces would hurt a lot and that the orthodontics where scary but really Caraway Orthodontics isn't. When I walk in I feel calm the environment there is so relaxing! When I look around everything is so well decorated and that makes me feel calm, like I said earlier.Now I may have only been going to Caraway Orthodontics for a year but something that I learned was that nobody there is ever cranky or sad but everyone there is cheerful, making a good environment.When I first got my braces put on I was 9 years old and I thought that it would hurt forever but actually it doesn't. Caraway Orthodontics sent me with wax and materials that I need for cleaning. My experience has been very exciting with Caraway Orthodontics."

My 10 year-old daughter even finds his “Dad jokes” humorous. More important than the comfort felt while being there is the true sense of not feeling pressured in any of the recommendations being made.
