We recognize that you and your family have important obligations such as school or work during the day. To meet every patient's scheduling needs, we have carefully designed our scheduling policy.
- Long Appointments: Scheduled during mid-morning or early afternoon. These usually involve the placement or removal of appliances or braces.
- Shorter Appointments: Adjustments and quick checks will most likely be scheduled in the early morning or late afternoon.
- Punctuality: Time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with Dr. Caraway and receive treatment. We value your time and ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
- Cancellations: Appointments are often made six to eight weeks in advance. If you need to cancel, please contact our office as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that canceled and rescheduled appointments may extend your overall treatment time.
