Payment Options
Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.
Interest free in-house payment plans are available for those with approved credit
Flex Spending Accounts/Medical Spending Accounts are accepted.
We offer a discount for patients who pay in full at the onset of treatment.
We offer family discounts for household family members.
Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance, then you will receive the benefit of reduced costs. We will accept assignment of insurance benefits, and our financial team will file claims for you.
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental and MetLife. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Any portion not paid by the insurance company is the patient’s responsibility.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and/or your child. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
