We recognize that you and your family have important obligations such as school or work during the day. We also recognize the impossibility to see all of our patients before or after school. Therefore, we have created the following scheduling policy to meet every patients scheduling needs.
All long appointments will be scheduled during mid-morning or early afternoon. These long appointments usually involve the placement or removal of appliances or braces. All shorter appointments, like adjustments, will most likely be scheduled early morning or late afternoon.
We have taken a great deal of time and consideration in designing our schedule to be most conducive for every party involved. We value your time and strive to keep our schedule on track. We ask that you show us the same respect by arriving on time for each appointments.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with Dr. Caraway and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that appointments are often made six to eight weeks in advance, so rescheduling an appointment may be difficult. Canceled and rescheduled appointments may extend your treatment . Please cancel an appointment only if necessary.
